Click on the Paypal button underneath the tag you would like to order.  When you are taken to the PayPal checkout page, click on "Message to Seller".  In this message, please list the color and size you would like to order, along with the engraving you would like.

The price includes the engraving of one name and one phone number. Please add $1.00 for an additional phone number. We do not recommend an address as it would give out too much information. However, if you would like an address engraved on your tag there will be an additional charge of $2.50.

If you don't have Paypal, not to worry.  You can mail us a check made out to "Tizzies Tags and More" with the particulars of your order.  Pa. residents please add 6% sales tax to your total order - thank you.

Allow 4-6 business days for the check to clear.
